Heat Pumps

November 29th, 2007 | by admin |

For the technically minded, heat pumps gather heat from the surrounding air by drawing it through the unit.  It is then transferred to the refrigerant carried inside pipes where the temperature is increased by compressing the refrigerant.  The heat is then transferred to the pool water contained in adjacent piping.  Heat pumps range from 2kW to 2000kW output. For more information swimming pool pump
