A necessity to keep accidents at bay

There is a hotel we always stay in whenever we go there because the hotel has its own beach area so the feeling while playing in the sea is like enjoying a private beach. One early morning I saw a family of who were also bathing. They had bought their pet along with them. It was a pleasant surprise to see their pet also with life saver jacket which was bright orange. The bright color of the pet saver life jacket was because bright colors can be seen from a distance in case of any accidents.
