Since the economy has taken a turn for the worse, I have been looking into ways to pay for various things that my family needs. I wanted to know if there were any exceptions to the Ira Premature Distribution Penalty. I spoke with my financial advisor and he told me there were a few things that I could do. One of the things that caught my attention was using that Ira money for educationally expenses. With my son going off to college, this was very appealing to me. I was also told that my Ira money could be withdrawn for first time home buyers without penalty.
