Following A Fitness Exercise Program
January 13th, 2009 | by admin |I went to the gym looking for a little guidance. Part of my membership included 3 meetings with a staff trainer. They would help evaluate me and set me up with a Fitness Exercise Program that I could follow when I came to work out at the gym. It would focus on the areas I was looking to improve as well as just getting me back into some sort of shape. I was not heavy for my height & size but I was sort of soft. My main goal was to tone up my body and turn some of that soft tissue into muscle.
