What Causes Diabetes?

There are mainly two types of diabetes- type 1 and type 2 besides there are some diabetes which are sue to some other factors like pregnancy called gestational diabetes. What causes diabetes? Its a metabolic disorder in which the blood sugar level in the body increases and can be fatal enough to take your life if you don’t care. Type I diabetes occurs due to non production of insulin by pancreases and thus theres is no insulin to properly utilize the glucose and as a result the glucose level in blood increases. Type 2 diabetes occurs when there is enough of insulin in the body but they cannot be utilized effectively. There are several factors which may cause diabetes- hereditary traits, age, poor diet, obesity, stress, drugs, serum lipids, sedentary lifestyle and others.
