It is clear that  forex traders  are a breed apart from other kinds of traders. They generally do not produce a single product, yet their trade is among the most profitable in the world. Essentially, after all is said and done, what these people do is to trade the idea of value. That’s about it. A currency, unless it’s pegged, is only as valuable as people think it is. Of course, factors like money supply and demand come into play, but these are not definitely the only factors. In fact, some have suggested that market psychology is the prime force behind the concept of currency value.
