Funky Flowerpots

Start with simple, inexpensive clay pots. Paint each one with acrylic paints and allow them to dry. Glue buttons, faux gems or other odds and ends to the rims of the pots for a lovely decorative touch. Simple enough right? Once your flowerpots are dry, fill them with crayons, scissors, pencils and other craft items. The flowerpots look lovely in any playroom or bedroom and they also double as an organizational tool for those hard to store smaller items that normally end up in the floor.
