The Thesaurus Is Indispensable for MS Word Users

If you know a word that is similar, you can use the Thesaurus function of your MS Word program to help you look for a better word to use. Just use your mouse to select the word that needs to be changed, then go to Tools, then Language, then click on Thesaurus. You will find new words offered as alternatives. Choose one and click Replace.
