I think it all depends on your objectives; let me explain. Most people are looking for one of 2 main objectives with adSense; as many opportunities for the user to click as possible or automating adsense insertion within Google’s guidelines.

The “All in One Adsense and YPN” not only does it add Adsense but also Yahoo Adds (YPN). It is cool and complete and lets you add adds where you want to and limits the amount of ads you want to have on your site. The coolest feature it has is that it disables the ads when you are logged on to protect you from clicking on them by accident (if you do, your account will be flagged as fraudulent and disabled forever).
