Nurse Crunch in the U.S.

All around the U.S. hospitals, this need is now turning into a high factor necessity. Based on the published study in the September 2007 issue of the highly reputed, American Journal of Nursing, it has been found that out of around 3,226 nurses, a number totaling 610 had quit their first jobs while another figure namely — 37.2 percent had quit due to stress related work conditions that were part of their nursing job.
So the bottom-line is that nurses aren’t too happy with their nursing jobs but quitting isn’t the solution, is it? Take a break, a holiday but remember ‘never say die’!
