Is Corporate Espionage a serious concern with Temporary Employees?

January 28th, 2008 | by admin |

Rivals might just plant a spy as a temporary help in your organization. In a number of cases, the temporary help employees have sold data to rivals after leaving job. It is recommended that employment agreement of temporary help must have a clause of non disclosure of you organization's information which should survive the termination of said contract and must remain in force for an year or two after the temporary help has been relieved of his duties. Both these clauses must be supplemented by other clauses like return of equipment after leaving etc. Temp staffing can be a great help for any business. The trick is to handle them carefully.
