Making Presentations And Audio

July 12th, 2008 | by admin |

There are many ways to enhance a presentation. Using audio is a great way to do just that. While it is acceptable to use audio in your presentations, there are a few specific details that should be remembered.

The overall length of the presentation should be kept in mind. Don't let your audio clip take over the presentation.

Also, while making presentations, you should keep your audio clip relevant. If the audio clip is used to support or demonstrate a point you are making, that is ideal.

Because you are using an audio clip, you should work it into a Powerpoint or have an audio player all set up. You don't want to stop and get ready for it. This is an unprofessional way to present your material.
