for the next ten years it is going to grow even more. The worlds is getting connected. Depending on what you are planning to do with it I guess. (you questions was not very clear) If you are looking for a career, you have to get the right foundation and do not even think about buying any eBooks
because trust me, they will only give you small part of the puzzle. Without the foundation your business will suffer.
If you are looking for advertising your company, any company today has to have online presence and you have to find a way to be on the first page of google
I hope this helps…feel free to ask any questions…I am just not sure if I answered your question at all.

Online advertising is definitely the beginning of online marketing. Customers/consumers are needed for any business to succeed and survive. When companies find that they are at a standstill in their own local market they need to look further afield for more national or international interest in their product or service. It will be a rare occurence when a business cannot accept a customer’s interest in what they are offering. As long as the price tag (including shipping) is acceptable to the customer who cares where they live in the world.
So online advertising? It can be done economically and I would dare say cheaper than traditional methods of placing ads in print material for exhorbitant prices. Advertising through a company website that is marketed through a well developed and well thought out plan will allow new channels and new opportunities to open up.
Online marketing is not just the wave of the future anymore … it is here right now. Businesses who are not moving into the future are going to be left behind, unable to compete because of their short sightedness and their inability or willingness to expand their marketing field. They will wither and die a fast death because others will swoop in and capture their customers.
Any business in this day and age who is not willing to advertise and market online is already dead or dying.
