Does google adsense sees linking of other pages to one single page a form of advertisement?

i know that that google adsense forbids us writers from using advertisements to promote our articles. However, where I write there are tons of writers who put a link to their other articles at the end of their new articles. On that site, we are paid through google adsense. so i am wondering whether what the writers are doing can be seen as advertising their articles. by the way, the site we write for does allow placing such links under new articles.

If your site has valid content and is not used specifically for Adsense revenue, then you will not have a problem. Actually, putting a link to your website (If it is content rich), will help to create the rank of your website. This will help to drive more traffic to your site and increases your Adsense revenue.

To get legit traffic add a forum to your website and promote it.
