Wondering About Six Sigma
September 15th, 2008 | by admin |Ive been hearing a lot lately about six sigma. Supposedly it’s a great way to build your business into a more efficient operation. sigma six comes highly recommended from a number of people I respect.
Six Sigma Methodology looks like the way to go for us, although it will be a tough sell for upper management.
If my former business partner’s experience is any indication, six sigma could really make a big difference for us in terms of the bottom line.
