Making sure you do not encounter resistance when planning

Many companies forge ahead with plans for structural changes. Sometimes these changes are the natural result of growth whilst other times they result from a merger or acquisition. Part of the evaluation and planning process deals with barriers to organizational change. Changes can impact adversely on company operations if staff do not embrace the change.
