It that time again.

Something about, the new agreement. Like they really care.
Like, about anything other than their productivity bonus, - that is.
Anyway, it seems that they are going to be jolly generous, and give us a pay rise !.
Two perecent !!. Okay, okay, every six months. That’s still 12%, the boss said.
Over three years ?. Whose kidding who, here?.
That is barely above inflation, ( actually I doubt that it is).
He even managed to smile !. Amazing that. Since he knew that he was going to get somewhat more.
Based on our Productivity Increase, of course. The same goes for his boss, and his boss.
All the way up to the managing directors , of the company.
Except that their bonus is simply Enormous .. in contrast to the one they we were getting offered.
There is less of them, more of us, and so it costs the company more to give us a pay rise,
than it does does to any corporate directors, let alone the actual workers.
