BPO providers have to have a proven track record as well as a superb infrastructure capable of further expansion to get clients who would like to use their services. It is not enough to be a BPO provider in the market. This is an arena where the reputation precedes the accumulating of clientele. The BPO provider has to be able to provide quality service that is consistent so as to not only please the present customers but also build a solid customer base.
