Lemon Laws
February 18th, 2008 | by admin |So I think I’ve been ripped off, and I’m going to have to look into the local lemon laws. Seriously, I’m sick and tired of businesses trying to break it off in their customers, and I’m not putting up with it any more.
I’ve researched the particular Alabama Lemon Laws that are applicable in this case, and I’m confident that I can win. I’m not about to take this lying down.
Gone are the days when you could take a man at his word in business. It’s a shame that I’m forced to sue - it would cost this guy less to do the right thing, but I guess he’s hoping I’ll give up. Keep dreaming, buddy.
